La téléphonie mobile en Algérie : facteurs non-économiques et encastrement social du choix de l’opérateur

بتموقعها بين علم الاجتماع الإقتصادي و علم التسويق '' العلائقي'' تهدف هذه المقالة، من خلال مسح حديث، لإظهار تأثير المتغيرات الاجتماعية على الأداء الفعال لسوق الهاتف النقال في الجزائر. و ذالك بالإعتماد على مقاربات حديثة تجعل من سوق الهاتف النقال في الجزائر بنية تتحكم فيها الكثير من العوامل الإقتصادية و غير الإقتصادية، هذه الأخيرة تشكل محور نقاشنا في هذه المقالة. حيث ستبحث هذه الدراسة دور العوامل غير الإقتصادية (الثقة,الشبكة الإجتماعية,الإدراك والتصورات ) في الاختيار بين متعاملي الهاتف النقال. هذا وقد اعتمدنا على تقنية الإستبيان الذي أجري في ثماني ولايات جزائرية على عينة تتكون من 1000 شخص. حيث بّينت الدراسة أنّ العوامل غير الاقتصادية خاصة عامل الإدراك والتصورات تؤثّر إلى حدٍ بعيد في اختيار المتعامل.

En se situant à l’intersection entre la nouvelle sociologie économique et le marketing relationnel, cet article vise à montrer, au travers une enquête par questionnaire, l’incidence des variables sociales sur le fonctionnement concret du marché de la téléphonie mobile en Algérie. Il s’agit d’éclaircir comment ce marché est mû par une pluralité de logique qui s’entremêle constamment. Ainsi, à l’instar des travaux menés en sociologie des marchés, cette étude s’intéresse au rôle des intermédiations sociales (confiance, réseau social, perception) dans la sphère de la consommation. L’enquête en question a été menée dans huit wilayas de centre algérien auprès d’un échantillon de 1000 personnes, une par ménage. Ce qui nous a permis d’analyser profondément le rôle des variables non économiques et d’en tirer les différentes corrélations à l’aide des instruments de mesure statistique. Les résultats trouvés montrent que les antécédents relatifs à la perception expliquent mieux le modèle que ceux relatifs au prix.

Being placed at the intersection of the new economic sociology and relationship marketing, this article aims to show, through an interview survey, the impact of social variables on the effective functioning of the market for mobile phone in Algeria. It is about how this market is driven by a plurality of logic that constantly intermingles. Thus, like the work in the sociology of markets, this study examines the role of social intermediation (trust, social network, perception) in the sphere of consumption. This survey was conducted in eight provinces of the center with a sample of 1,000 peoples. This allowed us to analyze deeply the role of non-economic variables and draw the different correlations using the instruments of statistical measures. The results show that the elements relating to the perception better explained the pattern as those relating to price.
